Why we built it
This started in South Florida, where Airbnb hosts manage thousands of turnovers every weekend. The pattern we saw, over and over:
A guest arrives at 3pm. Your cleaner was supposed to show up at 11am. It's 1pm and the cleaner isn't answering WhatsApp. You're on a flight. The scramble begins.
Existing tools were either built for traditional residential cleaning (too slow, no turnover protocol) or were solo-cleaner gig apps that left hosts to manage cancellations themselves. Nothing was built for the turnover use case — tight windows, checklist-driven, evidence-based, with actual recovery when something goes wrong.

Cleaners first. Without great cleaners, there's no marketplace. We charge the host, not the cleaner. Cleaners keep 100% of their quoted rate and 100% of tips.
