Our Commitment

Leads Under Control LLC, operating as SparkBNB, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

What We've Done

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure, landmark regions, and meaningful link text
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
  • Color contrast: Text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios against its background
  • Alt text: Images include descriptive alternative text where required
  • Focus states: Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Responsive design: The platform scales from small phones to desktop displays, supporting zoom up to 200% without loss of content
  • Form labels: Every form field has an associated label
  • Error messaging: Clear, specific error messages that describe what went wrong and how to fix it

Known Limitations

We are actively working on the following areas:

  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g., Stripe payment forms, map widgets) may have independent accessibility considerations governed by their providers
  • Native mobile apps (iOS, Android) are in development and will be audited for VoiceOver and TalkBack compatibility before release
  • PDF documents (cleaning manual, contractor agreement) are being re-authored with tagged structure for screen-reader compatibility

Report an Accessibility Issue

If you experience an accessibility barrier on SparkBNB, please tell us so we can fix it. Include:

  • The page or feature where the issue occurred (URL if possible)
  • A description of the problem
  • Your assistive technology (if any) and device

Alternative Access

Third-Party Services

Some features of SparkBNB rely on third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Telnyx, Resend, Vercel). We select providers that publish their own accessibility conformance reports where available. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content hosted on external sites we link to.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct periodic audits, monitor user feedback, and update the platform as new guidelines and best practices emerge.
