Common questions

Everything first-time hosts and cleaners ask.

How fast can I book a cleaner?

The form takes about 60 seconds. Payment confirmation triggers our cascade — we offer the job to the best-ranked available cleaner in range immediately. Most offers are accepted within 2-5 minutes during business hours.

What happens if the cleaner doesn't accept?

The offer cascades to the next best cleaner every 15 minutes, up to 3 attempts. After that, it goes to our open marketplace where any verified cleaner can claim it. If nobody claims it before your scheduled time, you get a full automatic refund.

What's the 30-step checklist?

A standardized turnover SOP: strip + start laundry first (it runs while other work happens), dust top-to-bottom, sanitize light switches + handles, glass + mirrors, full kitchen (appliances inside + out), full bathrooms (toilet + shower + vanity), restock consumables (toilet paper always 2+ rolls visible), restage towels, make beds with hotel-corner fold, vacuum + mop floors last, take out trash. We share the full checklist with cleaners as part of onboarding.

How does GPS check-in work?

When the cleaner arrives, they tap 'Check In' in the app. We capture their coordinates + accuracy, compute the distance to the property, and save all of it on the booking record as dispute evidence. If their GPS is unavailable (inside a building, old phone), they fall back to photographing the entrance — also saved. Honest-timestamp proof either way.

What do the completion photos show?

Minimum 5 (typically 5-10): entry/door (arrived at right property), staged bedroom (made bed, full room view), staged bathroom (folded towels, cleared vanity, toilet closed), kitchen (clean counters, sink, appliances), floor shot (vacuum marks visible, no debris). Optional: any angle the host cares about. Uploaded through the app; stamped with the booking ID.

What's the dispute process?

Host has 24 hours after completion to review photos and approve or dispute. If no action: auto-approved at hour 24 (cleaner gets paid). If disputed: you upload photos describing the issue. Our team reviews the cleaner's completion photos + checklist + your photos and resolves within 48 hours. Three outcomes: full refund, partial (50/50 split), or approved as-is.

Are cleaners verified? How thorough?

Every cleaner uploads: government photo ID (front + back), a selfie matching the ID, proof of address (utility bill or statement), a Certificate of Insurance (we require $500K+ general liability), and a signed W-9 before first payout. They also sign consent to a background check + contractor agreement + TCPA SMS consent. Rejected documents bounce back for re-upload.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

Yes. On the booking form, tap 'Pick a cleaner' to see available pros + their tier + ratings + past jobs with you. Select one and they get the offer exclusively (if they decline, the cascade kicks in to find someone else within the usual 15-min window).

How and when do cleaners get paid?

Weekly batch every Friday via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or direct bank transfer. Cleaner picks their method in their Payout Info. Payouts cover all jobs approved during the prior week. Tips are 100% to the cleaner and included in the weekly batch. Instant/same-day payouts are coming after launch.

What if I'm a property manager with multiple properties?

Create a team account from /app/team. Add your properties once, invite your staff with booker or viewer roles, billing hits one card. Your team can book on behalf of the company without needing individual payment methods. Works for independent PMs and larger shops.

What about cleaning companies, not solo cleaners?

Same thing on the cleaner side. Company owner creates a cleaner_company account, invites employees as cleaner or dispatcher roles. Jobs come to the company; the dispatcher assigns to an employee. One W-9, one COI, one payout — not ten. We built this specifically because most platforms force companies to juggle solo accounts.

Where do you operate?

Broward County, Florida right now — Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Hollywood, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Plantation, and surrounding areas. Miami-Dade and Palm Beach next. If your property is outside the zone, you'll see an error at booking.
